At Ladybug Florist in the Village, we're proud to have been voted Best Florist in Toronto 4 years running by the readers of Now, Xtra and Fab magazines. Our staff is friendly, helpful and professional, and we offer a full slate of floral services. Our products include a wide range of fresh flowers sourced from around the world, including many eye-catching tropical blooms. We also carry a variety of potted plants and vases, along with giftware, greeting cards and balloons for all occasions. The arrangements shown represent some of our most popular offerings. Ladybug serves the entire city of Toronto, including Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke and East York. We also serve such surrounding communities as Mississauga, Brampton, Markham and Pickering. We are located close to all major downtown hospitals, hotels, theatres and the financial district.

Business Hours

We are open to serve you from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday and on Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Holiday Hours

Ladybug takes a break on: New Year's Day, Victoria Day, Pride Day (Toronto), Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day (Canadian) and Christmas Day.

Delivery Policy

To ensure reliable, quality delivery service, we own and operate our own vans. Deliveries are available 7 days a week during our business hours at a charge of $9.95 in Toronto (area code 416) or $19.95 in the surrounding region (area code 905). If your order is to be delivered to an address within the 416 area code, to receive the lower rate, please specify "Toronto" as the City when entering your Shipping Address.

We also offer delivery outside the Toronto area at a charge of

• $19.95 to anywhere in Canada or the U.S.
• $29.95 to any other country

Deliveries are typically made between 11 AM and 6 PM. When our volume of business permits, we can schedule deliveries for particular times of day at a modest additional charge. If you have a specific delivery time, please call our shop directly.

When placing an online order, please be sure to place your order at least one day before the desired delivery date. If you need same-day delivery, please call our shop directly.

Note: We do not deliver to post office boxes.

Price Policy

All amounts shown are in Canadian Dollars if the order is to be delivered to an address within Canada.

If the order is to be delivered to an address outside Canada, all amounts shown are in U.S. Dollars.
